We offer a 3-Day Return for Exchange Policy for hair(Restriction Apply)

If your order is not what you expected you can return for exchange within 5 days of receipt of your order, under the following conditions:

1. Item must be in its original condition
2. UNOPENED AND UNUSED
3. Item must be in its original packaging
4. Includes hair ties, bags, tags etc

These conditions are required due to the hygienic nature of your purchase.

The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

You, the customer, are responsible for returned shipping. We suggest you add tracking to ensure convenient locating of your returned. West Coast Extensions is not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged parcel.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. No money will be refunded.
